A trip to Shenzhen recently stimulated me a few things about watches… At the coffee shop, previously an old glass factory in Shekou, I was enjoying my time and coffee while appreciating the antique clock collection; in the middle of the night, I explored the very lively “Ghost Market” where plenty of fake watches were for sale. I am totally against buying fake watches, yet this quick visit inspired me quite a lot. I also took the chance to visit CIGA Design, the first Chinese original brand ever to win the GPHG award. Shenzhen is known as the "Capital of watches and clocks in China". What else is possible for watches in China?
