For the first time, I took on the challenge of being both an event host and a watch presenter, joining Mr. Stephen Cheung, President, Hong Kong Association of Tea Tasting Masters and Sommeliers Limited, to deliver a cross-disciplinary session, Precision in Time, Peace in Tea, on the final day of the HKTDC HK Watch & Clock Fair.
Tea and watches, other than sharing a similar essence: the pursuit of "beauty in detail", is also an appreciation of "the beauty of time”.
