Watch The World Vlog #68 Oris Debuted Its Enamel Watch ｜Aquis Sun Wukong Artist Edition
Finally, I came across a very playful crossover watch, Oris Aquis Sun Wukong Artist Edition, jointly created with the Shanghai Animation Film Studio. Oris debuted this timepiece with a cloisonné enamel dial which shows the main gain of the Dragon King Palace, a scene from the animated film “The Monkey King: Uproar in Heaven” produced in the 1960s. However, there is no trace of the Monkey King on the dial! After learning the details of the story behind, I can’t help but admire that the watch was done brilliantly and subtly.
